Designed by Hill West Architects and developed by Fortis Property Group along with Urban Atelier Group, the sail-shaped 33-story residential building is located in Dumbo setting a new landmark in the Brooklyn skyline.
The scope of the work was to design and manage the whole ground floor main entrance façade including the metal cladding areas along with the wood batten covering. Additional scope was provided as well for the 6th floor amenities space.
System used: Metra Poliedra Sky 60 SG with a custom mullion extrusion developed as hoc for the project.
All the other façade elements were custom made.
