Architecture – Envelope Design & Consulting –
Designed by RPBW & CETRARUDDY ARCHITECTURE DPC and developed by Pavarini McGovern, the Columbia University Tower is a 34_story building to house graduate students and faculty members. It is located across the street from the Manhattanville campus.
The scope of the work was to design and consult on the fiber cement façade components.
System used: Aliva Ali-S for the aluminum structure along with GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) for the panels.
