Designed by MHS Architecture and developed by Alpine Residential and KL Masters, the 24-story residential building is located at 270 Johnston Avenue in Jersey City’s Bergen-Lafayette neighborhood.
The scope of the work was to design and manage all the building’s façade developed.
System used: Metra window wall system NC135 along with the Doluflex composite panels that bump out from the glass main face defining the architectural patterns.
