Architecture – Design & Consulting – tailored design – design to built – Management

Designed by a U.S.-based architect, the interior courtyard greenhouse was fully engineered, detailed, and fabricated in Italy by our team. Our scope included complete envelope engineering, 3D modeling, fabrication drawings (shop and construction drawings), and coordination of all interfaces between materials.
The structure is composed of a custom steel frame supporting floor-to-ceiling curtain wall glazing and timber cladding elements. All metal components were CNC-fabricated to ensure dimensional accuracy and seamless integration on-site.
The glazed facade features a bespoke mullion system with concealed fixings and internal drainage. Timber cladding panels, assembled on modular subframes, are pre-finished to allow rapid installation and long-term durability in interior conditions.
The entire system—steelwork, glazing, and wood finishes—was preassembled and tested in Italy before shipment. Elements were delivered in sequence for optimized on-site installation within the tight constraints of the courtyard.
This coordinated engineering approach ensured design fidelity to the architectural concept, while delivering precision prefabrication and efficient site execution.
