MARKINGENIO is a consultancy specializing in building envelope and façade engineering and detailing. We provide a comprehensive end-to-end service, supporting clients from the initial design phases through to production and construction.


Our mission is to transform architectural visions into bespoke, built realities. We convert conceptual designs into detailed construction drawings, carefully addressing every aspect of the project—from system selection to construction detailing and supplier coordination.
By collaborating closely with architects, project partners, and suppliers, our team is committed to developing efficient technical solutions. We produce precise technical and architectural drawings that respect the original design intent, comply with relevant codes, and meet each project’s performance requirements.

Marco Bartoli is an architect and façade consultant with over 13 years of experience delivering complex building envelope solutions across Europe, the U.S., and Asia. He has collaborated with international architects and professionals on diverse projects, leading design, detailing, and construction support for more than 100 projects. Marco has managed teams of up to 22 professionals and overseen the installation of over 30,000 sqm of façade systems annually.
His work seamlessly bridges architecture and engineering, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving, precise detailing, and integrated project management. In 2018, he founded MARKS ARCHITECTURE, a Florence-based architectural consultancy firm.
A passionate hedonist and amateur chef, Marco takes great pride in his Florentine roots and heritage. He is also a proud father to Camilla and Arturo and a fortunate husband to Elisa.
