This façade system—developed for a supplier of a leading fashion brand—utilizes a customized Schüco FW 60+ stick curtain wall engineered to meet strict aesthetic and functional specifications. The IGUs are screen-printed and CNC-drilled to accommodate anchor penetrations for external signage.
Mullions are outfitted with custom-designed rear-mounted brackets supporting a tensioned textile membrane. Behind this membrane, an array of LED-integrated aluminum backpanels provides a homogeneously diffused backlighting effect for the storefront display zone.
The critical constraint was the project timeline: complete façade engineering, including system detailing, machining sheets, cutting schedules, and installation drawings, was executed within an accelerated two-week design window.
