Designed by BKSK Architects and developed by Josloff Glass, 1 Great Jones Alley is 12-story mixed-use building located in NYC’s NoHo Historic District, with the main elevation facing Broadway.
The scope of the work included designing and managing the renovation of the primary façade on Broadway with new windows, as well as the back façade with sliding doors at the terraces.
System used: Kawneer 1600 Wall System for the windows; Schüco ASS 70.HI for the sliding doors.
