Designed by MHS Architecture and developed by LMC along with Katerra, the 20-story residential building with a multi-arts center is located in the heart of downtown Jersey City’s vibrant Powerhouse Arts District.
The scope of work is comprehending different parts of the building and in particular all the windows along with their gold frame and the storefront system both at the ground floor and amenities.
System used for the windows is the Reynaers CS77 while the gold frame is a custom extrusion made bespoke for the project. Storefront system is Schueco FWS 50 SG.
