Designed by Hto Architects and developed by Bravo Builders, the 15-story mixed use residential building is located in posh Gramercy, Manhattan.
The scope of the work was to design and manage the building front façade along with the punched windows on the back.
System used: Schüco FWS 50 for the storefront system while the perimetral frame is a custom extrusion. Schüco AWS75 for the punched windows.
